The idea is appreciable. The manuscript is also written in a well-mannered way. Hence, it should be considered. The following comments should be incorporated in the revised version of the manuscript.

  1. Abstract requires improvements in view of existing problem and its solution adopting new methodology.
  2. The motivation for the suggested method should be better explained and clarified.
  3. Introduction section should be enhanced.
  4. The novelty and contribution of the work needs to be more carefully laid out, in particular with respect to previous publications in the area.
  5. Grammatical and typo errors should be removed. Improvement in language is required.

  11. Section 3.2 should be elaborated. In FOPID. What’s is value of frequency range and order of filter?
  12. A separate block diagram of multi-control adaptive FOPID controller should be given.
