It is an interesting paper about the need to reduce the salt consumption. The abstract is well written but there is not structured and it would be good including information about participants, methodology, the main results and a brief conclusion. The introductions are well structured and the references in this section and in general, are adequate. However, at the end of the introduction I would include a paragraph with some objectives or hypothesis. There is not information about the method used in this research and the main limitations. The results are divided into sections and it is positive for the readers. The conclusion is implicit. Maybe, it would be better to include this one in a section apart from results and discussion. In general, it is and interesting and useful research about an important theme in the health field.
