Comments on abstract, title, references

the aim of the article was clear ,and the abstract was informative and it includes about 150 words
,the title is informative and relevant but it is too long and can be shorter such as Anticancer activity of purple bamboo salt in vitro and invivo the references are relevant and recent and appropriate key studies included

Comments on introduction/background

the introduction was clear but it needs more relevant articles previously worked on buccal mucosa cancer in laboratory animals clarifying the effects of used traditional medicine or salts this gives strength to the introduction,but still the research introduction has details about the traditional purple bamboo

Comments on methodology

the subject selection is clear and the variables are well defined and appropriately measured with valid and reliable methods and there is enough and rich details

Comments on data and results

Tables and figures are relevant and clearly represented Titles.columns and rows labelled clearly and correctly appropriate units are used categories grouped appropriately the results of this research add new data with clear statistics significance with meaningful results

Comments on discussion and conclusions

The results discussed from multiple angles without over interpreted the conclusion answer the aim of study without references there is wide opportunities to inform future research in different aspects not cancer only
