This is a valuable contribution to the literature setting out best practices for BRUVs.
I have only very minor comments:
Pg7 = Figure 1h provides an example of a camera that is secured to the housing faceplate to ensure stability - this could be labeled better to show what you mean.
A flashing LED may be added to the end of the diode arm to aid synchronisation of imagery from the left and right cameras when submerged (Figure 1) - this could also be labeled separately.
Pg 10 For stereo-video the challenge is not the annotation BUT the calibration of imagery to provide accurate length and range measurement.
