Proposals for improvemet of the paper

Abstract 1) The study design was a cross‑sectional analytical study. 2) add the p values and confidence intervals

Methods 3) For the sample calculation, why was used the expected prevalence of 20.4% referenced in a study Klinber (2008) and ten Berg (2008)? Are there 4) what were the exclusion criteria? 5) 6-year-olds filled out the questionnaire on their own? 6) how was the calibration process of the examiners? 7) conducted pilot test? 8) the authors performed the normality and homostatic test? 9) performed the cromback alpha confiabiliade test?

Results and discuss 10) important to specify where each statistical test was used
