as regard the abstract : it is appropriate with missing of the type of research ( it is preclinical study of which type randomized non randomized ..etc ) what is the number of the rats used ( this was written in the methodology ) , are they statistically proper for the research

The title: it is not an influence , it is the effect of the poison ( drug under experiment ) on the testicle - I prefer to declare what is that effect in the title e. g. effects of Onabotulinumtoxin A on sperm count and maturation of the immature rats References : needs to be updated

The introduction is appropriate need some rearrangement - as long as you consider the effect on children - talk about the uses of the drug in the children

1- the number of animals should be tested for statistical significance 2- each method used - if they have reference - please add it

it is clear and well done

the author doesn't mention any limitation to the study specially there is no follow up group
