The manuscript is valuable and points a possible role of suPAR in pathogenesis of psoriasis or even links with its comorbidities. Weak point of the study is the large discrepancy in the number of subgroups depending on PASI score. Only 9 persons with moderate-to-severe psoriasis coomparing to 30 with mild type indicates inreliable comparison and drawing clear conclusions. It would be advisable to enlarge the study group of more diseased psoriatics. Beside that, the outcomes are promising and should stimulate to further more extensive studies on suPAR in psoriasis.
