Thank you for asking me to review this paper aimed at determining the nurses' work environment that predict nurses' emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and intent to leave among registered nurses working in Saudi Arabia. Although the topic is not new, the manuscript addresses a question of broad interest, and the authors conducted an excellent analysis of the nursing practise environment and nurse outcomes. The manuscript is very well written and logically structured. The hypotheses are well done and serve very well to conduct the study, describe discussions and conclusions. Use of references is appropriate and the tables are helpful.
