Full review This is a good study that adds to the epidemiological knowledge on extrapulmonary tuberculosis disease. It however require some improvements. Please find below my comments:
Introduction The last sentence in Paragraph two can be revised. Nothing was said about the epidemiology of EPTB.
Methodology State the Inferential statistical technique used State the company and country of the HIV kits used
Results Revise the title for Table 2 Table 3: Complete Sensitivity, Specificity, PPV and NPV columns Be consistent with the lower case for p Data presented in the last sentence on site treatment completion rate can be arranged in ascending or descending order for readers to follow through
Discussion Do you imply that the sampling method could be a study limitation? This session can be improved grammatically Is HIV infection the only predisposing factor? Could you consider underlying diseases, MTB genotype, MDR effect among others. Are there any study limitations?
