References The researchers used recent references within the field of manuscript. Introduction
They have not explained the importance of these compounds as anti-bacterial or anti-cancer and whether other derivatives have been prepared before or not.
Methodology Good clarification of the methodology, but it needs to be mentioned how some of the descriptors used in this study can be calculated, I suggest recalculating the QSAR study using new and more specific programs like as chemoffice, the new versions.
Data & Results The research is interesting and contain a good result and update information in QSAR study,
Discussion Results were discussed gradually and sequential steps by making the best results obtained, but the theoretical study was described briefly. The clarification of theoretical study needs more evidence to combine the structure of compounds with its biological activity ,and they should used training and test set to be this study more reliable.
The research is interesting as introduces something new and therefore deserves publication in this journal.
