9. Why the references for the methods used are not mentioned?
10. The western blot figure and the corresponding magnitude of the bar chart do not in many figures e.g Figure 2, LC3; Figure 3, Bcl-2, p43/41. Results should be revised.
11. Figure 8 C and D are very crowded
12. Figure 8D; the numbers 1-5 stands for what?
