To authors, 1. You emphasized that “pregnant women” may be a good target of Enoxaparin administration. First, “Obstetrics and Gynecology” deals with not only pregnant women but also gynecology-disease women. How many were pregnant women was unclear. We frequently use Enoxaparin for patients with gynecologic cancer (especially ovarian cancer). Second, it is very usual that “other department than OBGYN (for example, hematology, cardiology, internal medicine department, etc) prescribe Enoxaparin”. This depend on “within your institute matter = local rule”. Let us assume the situation that in hospital A: of 100 patients, cardiology prescribes Enoxaparin to 90 pregnant patients and OBGYN prescribes only 10 pregnant patients, whereas in hospital B, it was 10: 90, for example. These depends on the “policy” of the specific institute. Writing “your own hospital-situation = your local rule” makes no sense; do you really believe that this can be of use as a scientific paper? 2. You wrote, “The prescriptions of enoxaparin should be written by a consultant or at least under the supervision of consultant because for venous thromboembolism it is difficult to choose the appropriate medications and also in some cases the consultant should change the doses such as in the case of renal diseases or obesity”. This cannot be deduced from the “present study”.
