The authors have carried out an interesting study on the production of B-mannanase production by a bacterial culture. They have optimized medium components for enhanced production of enzyme. Further, they have utilized economical agricultural substrate for the production of mannanase. The article is suitable for publications after the improvements as below:
1. Title is very long and needs to be shortened.
2. Why locus bean gram is used as substrate in the medium for mannanase.
3. How the enzyme was identified as β-mannanase
4. How coffee residue enhanced β-mannanase production by the bacterial culture
5.Try to reduce the number of references.
6. Table 5 looks incomplete as closing line is not there.
