The paper remains limited by the small number of isolations evaluated. We can not get any new insight from this experience, and the fact that very few older donors were analysed, does not really help to further expand the donor pool, but rather indicates to be even more selective and reduce the number of potential donors. It would be more helpful to understand which donor variables could predict better outcomes in expanded criteria donors.
