General: et al - add full stop after al
Abbreviation:
CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (remove 'and'), Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (add s to method)
Introduction:
Paragraph 1: reference to 'others' - who are these others? What did the Gupta et al. study find?
Paragraph 2: reference to 'unhelpful coping strategies' - can you give an example?
Page 5: You make some claims e.g. increased FA prevalence, do you have references for these statements?
Eligibility criteria: 'non-FA' would prefer 'did not have a diagnosed FA', were IgE and non-IgE FA samples included?
The types of intervention are described clearly and succinctly.
Page 10: How is 'mild-moderate' FA defined in the original paper? Who conducted the training in this intervention, was it a psychologist?
Were there any differences dependent on caregiver (e.g. mother, father, biological, grandparent, etc.)? Were there any reported differences based on child age or allergen?
Overall an interesting and clearly expressed piece of work on an important topic area in need of more attention.

I feel the comments from the initial revision have been addressed well and have strengthened the paper. I would now recommend this paper be accepted for publication.
