This is a cornerstone paper in migraine treatment, telemedicine for headache management has to be developed, the authors performed a well-designed trial looking at differences in two groups, regular care versus telemedicine care in highly disable migraine patients. It was observed a significant difference in duration in telemedicine consults, 50 patients were studied, convenience was rated higher and visit times were shorter in the telemedicine group. Telemedicine is feasible and effective for follow-up visits in migraine care. Better access can be achieved via telemedicine.
