I think this paper has provided sufficient and beneficial contribution to the field of cellular network modelling, especially in its revised version. The response to the reviewer comments are satisfactory from my perspective. My only comment would be that the authors try and address Reviewer 2's Comment 8:\r\n" In simulation, pls compare the authors method with other previous methods as well. There are\r\na lot of eICIC papers published recently. "\r\nIt is highly important to ground all scientific research on previous results by other groups, as opposed to just your own proprietary simulation results.
