I want to congratulate the authors for the changes in the document. By adding the most recent articles, the scoping is more comprehensive, and some points are highlighted.

When reading the article, some issues were not clear and need to be addressed:

Abstract:
Although the title was changed to mention the US, this is not mentioned in the abstract. To be clear to the reader, I would suggest mentioning it in the aims of the abstract.

Methods
- the PRISMA statement for Scoping reviews and the PRISMA flow diagram need to be followed and quoted. The authors used an outdated version of the diagram and it is not cited. (suggestion: https://www.prisma-statement.org/prisma-2020-flow-diagram and https://www.prisma-statement.org/scoping )
On p. 9, l.22, the authors mention quality audits on six studies. It would be important to give the rationale for auditing six studies.

Results
Table 2 – please add ACBP to the notes and explain what it means.

I congratulate the authors on the undertaken scoping review. Hopefully it will help nurses discuss this subject and change practices.
