The paper is undeniably interesting, and the Authors executed the research with precision from a methodological standpoint. The topic is highly intriguing and valuable as it enables us to illuminate the process of translating research findings into practical applications in the discipline of central venous access.
I have only one significant idea to provide to the Authors. An investigation is warranted to examine how the approach is modified for the clinical implementation of research findings on venous access in different clinical contexts. Allow me to clarify: the utilization and requirements of CVADs vary across intensive care settings as opposed to oncohematology, nephrology, artificial nutrition, and other fields. I recommend incorporating a classification system for the outcomes, organized according to these overarching domains of interest, in order to analyze the divergent approaches employed by different specialists within the therapeutic field.
