Dear Authors,

thanks for giving me the opportunity to review this interesting manuscript.

The paper is very well-thought, the study design is solid, and the analysis and results are documented appropriately and provide an insightful contribution to the literature.

I have some minor comments that I report here:

  1. Page 6, Section 4.3. Please discuss the consequeunces of snowball sampling for the generalizability of the results and motivate the reason why self-employed homecare professionals were excluded.

  2. Page 9, line 40. Please drop the comma between "and" and "two"

  3. Page 12, line 3. Please check the spelling of "Homecare" (it is written "mecare")

  4. Page 19, line 21. There is a missing "are" between "assistants" and "primarily".

  5. Page 20. Please check the meaning of ", engaging patients" in line 12. In line 24 there is a "communicate" that should be "communicating".

  6. The discussion section could benefit of a bit of streamlining. You also argue that the findings of the paper could be used to set up "de-implementation strategies". Could you go a bit deeper and link the various findings to actual strategies? This would provide practitioners with ready-to-use recommendations.
