The review entitled with "MOF/Graphene Oxide Composites in Smart Supercapacitors: A Critical Review for Advanced Energy Storage" is well written by Gautam et. al. However, before publish a major review needed for following points.
1. You have written about GO/MOF as a Supercapacitor electrode material, but beside have to discuss the GO with other material (e.g. GO/polyaniline, GO/Metal oxide etc. and composite of MOF with other conducting materials).
2. Explain precisely why your selected composite is smart Supercapacitor rather than normal Supercapacitor.
3. Device fabrication is most crucial part nowadays, author should add various type of Supercapacitor device fabrication with storage ability difference.
4. You should add a paragraph about explain CV, GCD, EIS selectively of different type of Supercapacitor (e.g. EDLC, pseudosupercator, hybrid supercapacitor) before your example of various GO/MOF composite.
5. Author should cite and add as an example of few recent work.
