In this paper, Tian et al., report “Urchin-like NiCo2S4 electrode materials for high-capacitive supercapacitors”. The experimental technique is fairly interesting. However, a two-step hydrothermal approach has been widely used for NiCo2S4 system (Please see: J Mater Sci 2016, 51, 1903–1913; Appl. Surf. Sci. 2017, 422, 597; J Mater Sci 2017, 52, 7100–7109.). Hence it should include the strong points to validate the novelty of the present work rather than previous reports.
Also, EDS datas should be included to validate the formation of NiCo2S4
There are few linguistic errors, it is recommended to polish the manuscript carefully
