Overall statement or summary:

This paper surveyed about the various problems such as routing, energy efficiency,localization, etc, related to underwater sensors. The authors started with explaining terrestial sensor and the associated issues then paved their attention towards UWSN. The conclusion was not sound enough rather diplomatic. Majority of the protcols discussed were obsolate or never used practically .
