Two very minor comments:

  1. On page 5, change "autonomy" to "independence" as someone in the situation presented by the authors can have autonomy and make decisions about one's healthcare, but not be independent.

  2. On page 6, delete "lacking autonomy," as the text "...tailored home healthcare (HHC) services in people with type 2 diabetes who require at-home nursing care for their insulin treatment." works well without the 2 words.
