The article is interesting since patients with overgrowth are not so common in clinics, and specifically, patients with pathogenic variants in RNF125 are quite infrequent.
The authors have conducted functional studies in a single patient with a missense probably pathogenic variant in the RNF125 gene and found slight differences with controls.
It would be interesting to include a complete list of clinical features of the proband and a picture of the patient.
The observation of an apparently normal parent needs more discussion. I recommend including similar examples of other genes in the discussion.
