Yes, the manuscript is important scientifically , that due to it related to health problems resulted from waterpipe using . this is a recent phenomenon among different age groups . The title is suitable for manuscript but I suggest another title as :

(Determination of cytological and histological effects after waterpipe using ) Abstract is very brief and it involved aim of study only .

In first, aim of study is showed then time , place of working and samples and parameters were required . finally whats results to refer ? The language of writing is very excellent . All sections were suitable and associated with above subject . References were included recent and ancient references . I suggest to added other recent references .
