Thank you for the opportunity to review your paper! All in all I think that the study is clearly presented and the points that I want to raise are minor.
i) Is a roughly 50% completion rate that bad for inpatient forensic psychiatry, given the unique challenges that these patients present, especially considering that you excluded those who were remitted to e.g. outpatient care? Why did you chose 75% - are there studies from similar healthcare systems and with study protocols likely to be about as bothersome for forensic patients too unwell to receive outpatient care or be treated at open wards, and that report completion rates well above 75% ?
ii) The English is a bit un-idiomatic and clunky, and sometimes words (or paragraphs) seem to be missing (e.g. the first sentence of the abstract.)
iii) I might have missed it, but I don't see what statistical methods were used to assess the secondary endpoints.
