The paper is original in some proportions, as the proposed method of obtaining differentiated SnSb grain size distribution in Babbitt alloy is relatively new.
Most of the cited references are the core of the literature on the connected subject.
The methodology section must be improved. In my opinion, evaluating the babbitt alloy from a tribological viewpoint only in lubricated conditions is wrong, and must be accompanied by similar tests in dry conditions.

Mixing the effect of the lubricating oil film with the wear and friction behavior can be done just by considering the lubrication parameter Lambda. This parameter considers the roughness of the mating surfaces and the formed oil film thickness, which is very important for samples of various roughness, as in this study.

The wettability results are not discussed from the viewpoint of the ability of the samples to form a better lubricating oil film. These wear results should be connected with the hardness of the samples, their roughness, the coefficient of friction evolution and mean values, and with the Lambda parameter.

It was asserted that the "wear resistance of Babbitt alloy was enhanced by the synergistic effect of coarse and refined grain under low load". Why this effect is not evident in heavy loads?

The Conclusions section does not reflect any practical importance of the study, and the findings are not well emphasized. This section ought to be enriched.
The last conclusion has to be reanalyzed, as it is contrary to the results presented in the paper.
Future research directions are missing.

Not all the sentences have a readable structure and the language must be improved.

The authors improved the paper and even carried out new tests for dry conditions.
I think this paper could be published as it is.

The title does not sound very correct, and I suggest "Differentiated SnSb grain size distribution for improved tribological properties of Babbitt alloy".
I recommend this paper for publication..
