The paper is well-structured and logically organized, making it easy to understand for the readers. However, the authors could further develop the paper by providing more detailed analysis of the results, as well as exploring the implications of the findings in greater depth. Additionally, the authors could consider expanding the scope of the study by including other countries or regions in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the technology adoption process. Furthermore, the authors could also explore other factors that may influence the acceptance of social banking, such as cultural differences, economic conditions, and legal regulations. Finally, the authors could consider conducting further research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the technology adoption process.
In addition, The author should refer to some more related articles as follows:

The authors of this paper have done an excellent job of providing an in-depth analysis of the factors influencing the acceptance of social banking during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are a few areas where the paper could be improved. First, the paper could benefit from further discussion of the wider implications of technology adoption on society, such as wealth creation, job creation, market manipulation, inequality, and economic bubbles. Additionally, the paper could benefit from more detailed analysis of the trust and perceived risk variables, as these are important factors in the context of developing countries. Finally, the paper could also benefit from more analysis of the potential impact of eWOM on decision-making. Overall, this is a well-written and insightful paper that provides valuable insight into technology adoption and its impact on society.
