This is a very well written and interesting meta-analysis on the nocebo effect in patients undergoing third molar removal and receiving some sort of analgesic compared to placebo in a parallel RCT design.

Some minor remarks:
- Title is somewhat problematic as the SR/MA only includes the surgical M3 model, which does not reflect the whole field of dentistry.
- Page 7, line 36. Covidence should be correctly referenced.
- The authors did not evaluate the effect size of the nocebo effect. Why is that?
- The authors did not evaluate the nocebo effect in function of population, pain model, blinding, timing of outcome measurement, etc. Please comment.
