The article presents the possibility of treating advanced gastric cancer, regardless of histology, with chemoembolization to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from this pathology. There are not many cases to express a peaceful judgment. For how the method is described and for the results, it can be a valid therapy option for selected patients. We would like to know if these patients, 42 arrived with this diagnosis at this treatment or if there had been a systemic chemotherapy treatment beforehand, furthermore in the treatment that is proposed and carried out to patients it was possible to carry out a pipac after embolization, this is a treatment much pursued lately for the excellent results.
