  1. Basically. This study presents an interesting topic on determining city innovation district performance. However, the results of this study are more like a research report. There is little discussion on why the MPID, MTP, and KGUV obtained the determination results. Are there any innovation efforts that could be tried to get better results? More discussion on the reason for the determination results will provide more valuable references for other researchers.
  2. The research framework, which could be presented by a figure, is recommended to be added to the “Introduction” section.
  3. Line 136, please provide the complete spelling of CBD.
  4. Line 221, please provide the complete spelling of ICT.
  5. Table 2, The results are the main findings of this study. Who is the determination maker for the study results? If the authors are the maker, please describe how the qualitative analysis method was performed.
