1. Statistical analysis assessed by unpaired Student’s t-test is not suitable when more than 2 groups are compared.
2. The abstract should provide the percentage of protection after challenge in all immunized groups .
3. Speeling should be checked (Page 20, line 9 Enkystement)
cytokines levels.
4. Page 8, line 182 authors refer about the statistical analysis of cytokines levels whose data are not shown.
5. Authors should demonstrate the type of immune response elicited by immunization of mice with gamma (γ)-irradiated protoscoleces.
