In this manuscript, the authors reported the preparation of rGO@Bi/Bi2 composites and their application for photocatalytically degrading dyes. The topic of this manuscript is interesting. It could be accepted for publication in Materials Research Express after revised according to the following comments.
(1) The English language has to be improved and polished.
(2) Please edit images in Fig. 1 to make them clearer.
(3) In Fig. 2, the authors are suggested to provide standard XRD patterns of Bi and Bi2O3 so that reader can understand the crystal structures of the samples.
(4) In Fig. 4b and c, the tangents are made at a random way. Moreover, the scale of the y-axis should start from zero.
(5) In Eq. (3), % should be added in the right side of the equation.
(6) The role Bi in the photocatalysis should be discussed.
(7) The following two papers are suggested to be read and referenced (Colloids and Surfaces A 633 (2022) 127918; Materials Research Bulletin 142 (2021) 111406).

Why did not the authors revise the manuscript according to the comments, though these comments are easy to be addressed?
(1) The labels in Fig. 1 are not clear, and cannot be readable.
(2) Why did not the authors provide the standard XRD patterns of Bi and Bi2O3? The standard XRD patterns are very useful for the understanding of the crystal structures of the samples.
(3) In Fig. 4b and c, the scale of the y-axis did not start from zero, why?
