The manuscript was a well-planned review on an ECG interpretation. The method and results were clearly defined. Using PRISMA and registering PROSPERO was the strength of this paper. For background, competency definitions and competency assessment are needed to be added to clarification and unity of the manuscript.
On page 3, lines 27-28, the authors mention the level of competency as their aim. Please write a clarification for this level. Are you going to guide by any kind of instrument for measuring level?
On page 5, line 44, the authors state “more than 50% of the studies…”, please be specific than that. In the results, it is better that give precise numbers such as "86% of the studies...".
On page 10 lines 44-48, please write the numbers in accordance with APA 7. Please also check and edit your references in accordance with APA 7.
The authors may add a paragraph for factors that influence nurses’ competency as they mentioned that topic in the results.
