Overview of the article:
The authors conducted a scoping review for the treatment of ORN using the PENTO and PENTOCLO protocol. The manuscript has an ample impact and will add significant value to the literature. The manuscript is well written, but minor points need to be addressed before final approval.

Introduction:
- In the last paragraph, the authors did not describe the purpose and hypothesis of the study. A well-composed purpose paragraph must contain these three elements, objective, hypothesis, and the specific aim.

Results:
- I would suggest not start the section with the figure statement
- The phrase “For example” is not a correct phrase to use for that sentence since the authors described all the themes involved in the review

RCT section:
The authors did not mention the ethical concerns associated with the B-Carotene. Careful assessment and appraisal are recommended.

Conclusion:
- please add a statement for future research or how this review pointed out the certain deficiency in the literature regarding the treatment of ORN
