Comments on abstract, title, references

The manuscript is well written and organized with a good flow, The title of this paper is appropriate and clear. The first sentence of the summary reflects a good explanation of the aim of the study. Hearing the authors discussed the results working well. Most of the references are relevant and recent and have been properly referenced.

There are many citation overall the manuscript about 74 citations, and about 49 in the introduction part. some of the references is old : (like 1946 and 1970). The authors should used a recent, and only the related references. I think 45 related refrences is enough for a research paper.

The introduction of this paper is clear and the authors reviewed what is already known about this topic. Also, the authors justified given what is already known about each part of the topic.

Most of the variables of this paper defined and measured appropriately. The experiments' tests are clear, valid, and can be reliable. Also, there are enough details that can help the researchers to replicate and progress in the filed of relevant researches.

Comments on data and results

In this paper, all tables and figures are relevant and clearly presented. The researchers kept using the SI units which are good. The text elaborates on what are the results presented in the figures.

Comments on discussion and conclusions

For this paper, the results discussed from multiple angles. Also, the conclusion answered the problem questions of the research. Moreover, the study open the door for further research related to other natural fibers' thermal properties.
