Abstract:- Thus,the study aims to analyze the interrelationships among the mentioned factors with respect to digital subscriber line service offered by the incumbent wireline operator in other state. This study has found that customer satisfaction plays an intervening role between service quality and customer loyalty.
References :- The author should quote the reference of past and present scenario and according to it mention the outcome of future scope.
Introduction: The expected service quality, is in the same level as perceived service quality,it will result with customer satisfaction. The competition has propelled the service providers to look beyond the idea of providing service and has forced them to consider other factors like establishing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Background: This study reflects and facilitate the relationship between customer loyalty and quality service provide by telecom industry. Hence,companies in service sector including telecom use different marketing techniques to create loyalty programs,to satisfy customers needs and build customers trust.
Methodology:-The study aims to trace out the Relationship among service quality,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty .This research result ,it is found that service quality have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction and customer delight,services quality has no significant effect to customer.
hypothesis :-In this study I have not found any hypothesis .So specify the result in detailed and find out the the result is accepted or rejected
The study initially performed the reliability test in order to test the internal consistency of data. From Cronbach's alpha test it was found that both the constructs reliability were greater than the threshold value.
Discussion: In this study I presumed that according to table and figures various test are proof. table 1 to table 7:- It reflects the positive relationship between service quality & customer loyalty towards satisfaction level.
Conclusion: The upcoming technologies have created an intensive environment in the telecom sector where the survival of the incumbent wire line service providers is a greater challenge. In such a situation they are in forced situation to retain their customers,which could be attained only if the customer are satisfied.
