ABSTRACT : 1. There are statement of the aim, the method, the result and the conclusion 2. The method and the result are corresponding with the aims, but the conclusion do not answer the aims

TITLE : 1. It is not enough explain the aims and the result of the research 2. The author could change the title more suitable and eye catching.

REFERENCES 1. It is relevant 2. It is cited correctly 3. It is still in 10 years update

Structure of article does not follow general style, such introduction, material and method, result, and discussion. The author include material and method in the result. It is probably follow specific journal style.

INTRODUCTION 1. There are enough background theory. 2. The important of these research to bridge the lack of the gap cell diversity in complex brain tissue human compare to mouse are very interesting 3. The aims of study are explained fluently.

RESULT 1. There are methodology of the research that explain the sample, instrument and the process. Thank you for supplement figure to explain the method. It makes us understand the idea and the process. But, if these article is published, the author could simplify the method and without figure. 2. The result are suitable with the aims of research. It present interestingly with suitable figures and tables.

DISCUSSION 1. The author restate the result almost paragraph. 2. It will better and improve our curious if the author could state the important value of the result, compare the result to the global evidence, explain the limitation of study and state what will do the next.
