This phase 3 study had done a good job in finding the superiority of two drug combination in breast cancer patients with hormone positive receptor status. The aim of finding change in progression free survival was found out & was clear in the result section. In secondary end points few are objective & others are subjective, this combination is a good thing.

Patient related outcomes and clinical benefit response are subjective and need more explanation. Rest 4 end points are objective and supported by the statistical data. Overall survival is one of the best indicator of result and i wish it could have been in primary end point rather as a secondary end point. Of course in that case more number of patients could have been needed to find a meaningful difference.

The toxicity in two drug patient group seems to be presented honestly. The conclusion meets the primary end point requirement. Over all it is a a good study.
