1) The references list needs to be updated. There are old references (1975–2013) that can be replaced with more recent ones(preferable 2015-2021). 2) The study fails to address how the findings relate to previous research in this area. The authors should rewrite their Introduction part to reference the related literature, especially recently published work 3) First two statement of abstract was repeated in Etiology and Epidemiology section. Rewrite it. 4) Correct Spelling Mistake in title ( Correct dermoied to Dermoid ) 5) Clarify sentence there seems to be an “and” missing. the sentence is very awkward- and meaning is obscured. Suggest re-writing to clarify . Correct following Sentence in abstract (Studies also suggest that Laparoscopy causes less blood loss. Less time of hospitalization, less post-surgical pain. And fewer post-surgical problems than Laparotomy approach.) 6) Missing Reference no. 33
