The LTE submitted to PAI journal describes a case of a patient with hypereosinophilic syndrome linked to a heterozygous pathogenic nonsense variant in CARD11.
Minor suggestions:

1) Please provide more information on biopsies done and results of hpf. Why was it initially diagnosed as Ulcerative colitis ?
2) Include a timeline on age of onset of clinical symptoms and treatments to increase clarity.
3) Consider adding a table or figure with lab results.
4) Expand on the diagnosis of recurrent osteomyelitis.
