This review cost me a long time to read through and let me have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of its content. The conjugated organic molecules selected in the review are all important units for constructing organic/polymer photoelectric functional materials, and the references are also quite representative. The article provides a well-organized exposition of the relevant experimental techniques, the analysis methods of the characterization results, and the theoretical models adopted in the researches. It holds significant reference value for the researchers and postgraduate students engaged in this research field. Many sources of original literature can be traced from it, and it can be used as a professional introductory book for study. I think this review will attract many readers and draw the attention of peers. Apart from a few minor layout flaws in two or more paragraphs, the overall structure and content of the article are very good. It is recommended to accept and publish it in due course.
