The manuscript is well-written and reads easily. A standard abstract with relevant findings. I recommend dividing the abstract into the following sections: background, methods, results, and conclusions.
Several issues in the study need to be addressed:
1. Please update the PRPSPERO CRD42922335587 registration
2. To provide a clear search strategy (e.g. Medline and free-field format)
3. Databases search: To eliminate publication bias, it is necessary to search the Cochrane Library, the WHO trials registry/repository for RCTs, as well as the PsycINFO and EMBASE databases.
4. Dividing sections by outcome measures would be better for a reader in the results section. This provides a more focused approach and will tell a story as much as possible, as well as include clear/useful messages.
5. There are some punctuation issues (e.g. Endnote p.7 and not Endnote p.7; numbers up to 10 can be defined by wording, etc.).
6. To remove duplicate PRISMA flow diagram
