The paper proposes a new heterogenous marine predators algorithm for the modeling and optimization of the triple diode model of dye-sensitized solar panels.

The research is well conducted, and the novelty and the originality of the paper were very well emphasized.

Anyway, the structure of the paper is somehow unusual, different from the recommended MDPI template. I'd suggest moving the experimental section after the theoretical model.

A flowchart of the planned research should be included after the Introduction section, and not only for the H-MPA algorithm.

How many times was each experiment repeated in similar conditions? The influence of the temperature and humidity on the precision of the final experimental results should be also assessed.
