Title: 1- The use of the word correlation is stronger than the word Association. 2- The number of researchers are large compared to the research topic.

Abstract: 1- It is preferable to mention the entire part not an abbreviated as in a word (SNP). 2- Did not mention the technique which detects of HCV. 3- The researcher did not determine the genotype of HCV. 4- A distinction must be made between healthy and control samples, because the control samples appear positive in serological test and negative in PCR or RT-PCR.

Introduction: 1- It was mentioned that HCV is treated with two types of treatment and no genotype was determined. 2- It is preferable that paragraphs not related to the research topic be removed. 3- It is best to mention the TLR4 association only with HCV and not to deviate from the topic of research.

Method: 1- There are some linguistic mistakes, especially the tenses. 2- It is recommended to compare between three groups (patients, control and healthy ). 3- What is the benefit of diagnosing HBV and HIV? 4- It is preferable to use plasma instead of serum since it gives more accuracy when RNA extraction. 5- The TLR4 gene primer was not mentioned. 6- The researcher did not specify how to use the probe with the PCR. 7- The PCR program is not sufficiently clear.

Rsults: 1- Total positive samples 450 and during Divide it according to disease severity, total samples 45? 2- During the study, the researcher did not mention the patients ’ages and health conditions. 3- The researcher did not mention the type of genotyping of the positive samples for HCV.

Discussion: 1- The discussion is for the results obtained by the researcher, not literature review , so it is advised to delete most of the paragraphs. 2- The researcher repeatedly mentioned information about the lipopolysaccharide present in gram negative bacteria, what is the relationship of this structure to the virus?

Conclusion: 1- The conclusions need more detail than mentioned. 2- The researcher did not mention the differences that appeared between patients with HCV and healthy persons.

References : 1- The use of 64 reference is very large. 2- The researcher used only one reference from Saudi Arabia as a comparative study.
