The manuscript lacks the specific protocol of handling and utilizing SiRNA at room temperature and using it for conjugation of trastuzumab-conjugated PAMAM dendrimers.

It should also contains the drawbacks of currently available drug delivery systems.

It is well written, but exact quantity of materials need be discussed .

It should be more specific with animal studies

Animal study should be done in future.
