At first sight we can see that the article's structure looks like disorganized. For example it could explain the type of study it consists of. Besides, there is no introduction section although the author starts explaining "inside" the Abstract section, or at least, I cannot see the beginning of a new article section. There is no methodological explanation, however, maybe it is not necessary because the type of paper this is. On the one hand, the information is really interesting, very well explained and what's more, its impact should be highlighted. There isn't many papers writing about this neuroscience overview about aging. Another strength about this article would be the boxes included in which the key points are presented. Maybe if they were shorter or more concise could be easier for the reader.
