In my opinion, introduction is very short. lacks for background or overview of the topic. introduction needs to be revised. starting the introduction with proposed method is not recommended in research article. 2. Section 1 line 2, Using [ I ] is not accepted in credible journals and research. 3. Fig3,5. please give References. 3.There is no section for results can be seen in the paper. 4. A framework study should include initial results or at least expected results.

METHODOLOGY 1.Well drafted however, it lacks for a flowchart for better understanding. 2. How the author calculated the transmission in cloud of smart device? in both scenarios.

CNCLUSION Inconsistent which may confuse the readers. flow of the whole paper needs to revised.

My Suggestions 1. From section 1.1 – 1.6. can be combined into introduction. 2.The current organization may lead to confuse the readers. reorganizing the whole paper would improve it 3.The English language is poor and needs to be improved
