The manuscript The Cultural Compass: A Systematic Review on Cultural Dimensions Theory in Educational Settings aimed to explore the impact of cultural dimensions on educational management and their influence on teaching and learning behaviors. However, at the current stage, I cannot recommend it to be published. Firstly, it is required to tell readers the background and significance of the current in the Introduction section. Secondly, please tell readers where your research questions come. Usually, the Literature Review section summary the findings and gaps of previous studies and research questions come from the gaps. Therefore, the research questions lie in the end of the Literature Review section. However, the research questions are in front of the Literature Review section in the current study. Where did the research questions come? What are the functions of the Literature Review section? Thirdly, the Discussion section is very weak. Part of the reasons is that the manuscript lacked a suitable Literature Review section and the manuscript did not point out any research gaps. Readers cannot find any significance of the current study. Fourthly, APA style should be adapted in the manuscript. Language edition is required.
